Its icons indicate your success or shortfall in a simple manner.
As the color on your daily plate icon becomes filled, you can see your progress! Orange means you are on track, while red means you have exceeded your calorie goal for that day.
Knowing your progress at any point throughout the day and week, will help you figure out where to cut or add calories to reach your weekly goals.
